Forum Overhaul Finished

All the main discussion forums are now accessible from the main page now, yes it has made a lot of forums on the main index but i have reduced the number of forums as low as i can without destroying the forums which of course we wont do, this should now encourage more discussion without having to go through many click to get to each forum.

We will be updating much more in the coming weeks, time permitting and hopefully have more giveaways/mini comps for DCEmu Members.
