Microsoft is suing DHL for allegedly breaking 21,600 Xbox 360s in a train derailment in Texas. That's right, Microsoft is suing someone else for breaking Xbox 360s.

According to an IDG News Service report (http://www.pcworld.com/article/152173/.html?tk=rss_news), the consoles were on their way to Flextronics in Hong Kong.

And according to court documents posted by a Seattle newspaper (http://blog.seattlepi.nwsource.com/microsoft/archives/151273.asp), when the train went off the tracks a bit the poor old consoles suffered "impact damage, wetting, pilfering and shortage". Sniff.

Microsoft said DHL had refused to compensate it for the loss, which it values at USD 2 million. DHL apparently hasn't said anything.

LOL DHL deserve all they get. Bunch of useless sods. They are always breaking stuff they deliver, or loosing it.

It'd sure be nice if Microsoft only charged us $92 per 360.
