More like a K-mart blue light special a limited time reduction of the price. Only 10% of the stock was claimed heh that's pretty sad.

It looks good, but it's currently unhackable, rendering it useless to a lot of people.

I've heard that the Blue Madden PSP's are able to be upgraded to CFW via Pandora. Where did you get your source about these being unhackable? Do you personally own one? I hate conflicting reports of things being this or that.

I recently just bought a Slim PSP used and did some research online to see what motherboard revision I had (TA-088V1). During this research, I heard from many places that this Madden PSP is currently unhackable and has the TA-088V3 board.

EDIT: I do seem to be wrong!

No problem... I suppose it is a possibility that some of the Blue PSP's have the v3 motherboard and some do not. Either way, they won't be making anymore of these and once stores sell out of them, its eBay or buying the new PSP-3000.

I better get mine quick.
