Ok this is something I have been waiting for =) So does this act the same way as a Wii classic controller? I mean I want functionality of the wii xmb with a game cube controller.

No it doesn't. I own one it's just a gamecube controller but A button keeps getting stuck.

Some first/third-party producer better get the hint sooner or later that a Wii classic controller designed with a Gamecube controller design in mind will print money. It wouldn't be that hard to make, either, considering you just need to move some things around. Until then, I'll stick with my old reliable GCN controller set.

These things are all over the place...if you want one if you're in the USA go to Dollar General or Family Dollar Stores to get one for 10$. They are the same design as this an exact copy, except that it has colors on the buttons like the original GCN controller. For 10$ they work really well, but the cord is a few inches shorter. It works well and having Turbo button feature works well.

something like that already exists. I don't remember what its called, though. I've seen it in stores.

all buttons and sticks are programmable, too.
