The game is out today in Japan, and it should be interesting in seeing how it does. The game will be out in North America next week.

It does look a little silly, but I think this video does way more to show you what the game is actually about.
When it comes down to it, it's actually a little more hardcore than rockband, but since there's no real scoring mechanism, the hardcore crowd will never notice.
