I'm sure a Pocketstation emulator has been requested before, but I'd like to make the suggestion that it might do nicely as either a PRX plugin alongside POPStation or possibly an addition to CWCHEAT. Such a program would need to be independently executable as well (Or at least able to be 'unplugged' yet still playable), as games like Chocobo World cannot be played while the PocketStation is 'plugged in'.
The PSP makes this option more attractive, since you'd be able to easily unlock the PocketStation minigame on SF Alpha Zero using CWCheat, as well as the ability to play Japanese games. also, being portable, it keeps the spirit of a 'constant companion' alive as well.
The Pocketstation has no region lock on these minigames... This is somewhat obvious as I was able to import one and use it witht he American versions of SFA0, SaGa Frontier II and Final Fantasy 8.
I've got a Pocketstation and would be willing to help in any way short of giving my little pal up to help out.
