I've had problems with this. When you exit a game it crashes. Also old games like slap fight, green beret aren't in the list anymore.

At least analogue stick works now and full screen! Just needs a proper frame-limit option.

Tested the phat version earlier today and the compatibility seems the same as previous... but there are some additional options with the emu and the new screen mode options are great.

From what I've read cps3 emulation on slim psp's is still piss poor and currently unplayable.

To exit a game now (on the phat version anyway) you just hold the R button down and press select.

Good to see more updates on this though. :)

Brilliant! Again haven't tried the CPS3 but! Dodonpachi, Mr Do and Kingdom Grand Prix have improved incredibly from the previous version.

I am also getting lockups when I use this on exiting a game back into the menu. It's a complete lock up too, I have to switch off and on again to gain control of my PSP.
Using the PSP Fat version.
If the devs are reading this, would love to see 1943 support for this :-D

Anyone know where source code is for this?

Why not just fire up NJ's CPS emulator on the PSP? ....its already perfect, contains adhoc support etc?

Is the 'lock-up' only affecting 2 of us? Mines a fat with 4.01m33.

I've got a 5.0 phat and havent really had that problem?

I've found that after running a few different (and large) games it sometimes crashes and quits out (I assume its not clearing everything out of the psp's memory when you quit a game so theres less available when you boot another?)... I've not had the lock up issue though?

I'm hoping support for the taito games gets fixed as I'd love to be able to play chase hq, rainbow islands etc at full speed with sound. :) ...although I'm v happy with all the shooters currently working great!

I'm a fool! Was using GAME folder instead of GAME4xx. No lock-up now.

Great emu - but could really do with frame-limiter

it should have an option for disabling sound, it might speed up some games, even CPS3.

BTW: on slim versions all games from previous versions are all there available, i see people complaining about some games disabled, i see the sames as before.

does any body knows the difference between ,Uo Fba4psp or
FBA 4 psp byl bicelyne.

They are the same emulator, a modified version of Team Oopsware original version.

The UO FBA have the optimized driver for CPS3 game and more screen resolution. (only for Slim)

The lbicelyne born to run Neo Geo, Cps2 game in PSP Fat (create the cache rom on the fly), the last version use the source of UO FBA with CPS3 support (only for Slim), have more resolution options, frame skip and buttons pad options.

Sorry for bad english

I've got 390-M33-3. I've tried the GAME and the GAME150 folder. Is it supposed to go else where?

Have you got a GAME3xx folder? If so try it in there (or make one and see if it works)

Thanks for the heads up... downloading the phat versions now. :)

edit: I'm testing sf3n with the cps3 version now and its caching on a phat psp! :)

...its cached the game but just a black screen when it boots up. :(

edit2: I was a little impatient... after leaving it on a black screen for 30 secons - Street fighter 3 works on my phat psp!!!! Sound is automaticaly disabled and its a bit slow... but it freakin works!! :)

I've tested the non-cps fat build aswell and i cant really see any difference..

I just tested the last on my slim and I see a lot of games got some speed up (TumblePop, Wrestlefest) but sf3 is very slow compared to older release..

Any chance of a compatible games list on th next update?

Well for CPS3 there were only 6 games made... so it isnt really worth making a list for. lol

For the other previous psp fba builds a compatible game list was supplied with the emulator and I'd say most of the games (on a slim anyway) appear to be working well.

I'm just happy CPS3 is finally working and that the dev has spent the time to get things running without abandoning the phat psp. :D

What I would like to see in a coming release would be support for Double Axle (though I'm in all honesty going to try to get the actual game cabinet of that game this Christmas.) The compatibility list for an earlier version got my hopes up, but my phat just bluescreens when it loads any of the various versions of that rom that I use, including this version of FBA. Anyone know why it isn't working? Does it only work on Slims? If it is, I swear... Time to hard mod my PSP
