IGN (http://uk.ps3.ign.com/articles/921/921509p1.html) were intending to give away beta keys for access to the Resistance 2 beta. However, Sony Europe has suspended the beta keys, due to "unforeseen circumstances". The company has issued assurances they will be working to fix the problem that has cropped up as quick as possible.
For now, it looks like those in Europe wanting to get onto the beta will have to wait.
