well now that you mention it. I just noticed that lol. But they replaced it with the glowing trail thing. But it would still be nice to see where all the vendors and explorable areas are at a glance.

Ya, i completed the game, the main storyline at least, and i have to say, it left me feeling empty. If your expecting some epic battle at the end or anything that remotely resembles one, prepare for disappointment. Heres the basic rundown of the game:

1.Go see person
2. do things to impress person
3. Do task for person
4. Person joins your quest to rid land of evil
4. Repeat step 1-4 until game is over and you want to throw your console out the window.

I think this game was worst than the first one.

people like you seem to over expect things from hyped games. yes it makes you feel kind of empty but what they really focused on was the side quests and other stuff you can do with the game. Hence the amount of achievements for having fun with the game rather than trying to pass it. Enjoy it for what it is, and stop complaining about an awesome game. i mean really if the last one was so bad, why would it sell so much?

Loving this game very much. Brilliant design, and the graphics and atmosphere are absolutely charming. I was planing on trading this in for store credit when gears 2 comes out but now I'm not so sure...
