WiiTCPLoad 0.03 - All Platforms

WiiTCPLoader 0.03 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/wiitcpload/) is a simple utility, If you have Homebrew Channel or TCP Loader on your Wii console, with this tool you can send executable files (elf/dol or other) over tcp/ip protocol, and execute them. Windows/Linux Pascal source code included. WiiTCPLoad GUI is coded in QT4, and since just about every OS can or does run QT.

Latest version actually now works with windows xp sp3, unlike the others, 0.1 beta works with xp, i still use that, its smaller :)
