What can it do?

Convert any video (rmvb, rm, avi, mpg, wmv, asf) to PSP PMP format

Change from version 0.03
1: add volume gain option (0-default to 10- Loudest but noisy)
2: add bit_exact option (Use only bit exact algorithms when a need of binary identical files)
3: minor fix"

how the f*** dya get this bolox 2 work? i could have encoded 50 films by the time ive got this working i mean it doesent even give list of files u need to compile wot u need to run it. i mean come on u can usually get good guides here 4 stuff this is just no good for me cant get it goin everytime i hit encode it always give me a load of ball bout files missing and yes i do have pmp_muxer and net framework with all updates its a load of dll's and font files n stuff dont understand can someone show me the light?

just use videora its the same as pspvideo9 real easy to use and it works great
