It signs a ticket after it's been modified. I assume it works something like Trucha signer, but it's not complete yet as it only signs tickets.

I am still none the wiser. What is a Wii ticket? Is this something to do with piracy?

This is not the first time that a news item posted on this site would only make sense to the people that already know about it. Blindly copying stuff as "news", without any discussion or explanation probably confuses more than it informs. It would be nice to have some contextual information with news postings -- otherwise, what's the point?

I wondered what this utility was for too, and unlike most other posts that I might wonder about and have to do a Google search on, I couldn't easily find anything on this.
