Problems connecting to the internet using WIFI Max

Ok so I have a WIFI Max which is supposed to work for PSP and Nintendo DS. I have set it up for my DS and the connection is there, but it isn't working.

At the bottom right of my task bar the connection is constantly appearing and disappearing, meaning it is trying to connect and not working.

I cannot figure out for the life of me, the reason this is happening. Help please?

The Nintendo DS finds the Dongle but cannot connect to it.

Try reinstalling the program & drivers, it might work. Or try on a completely different computer. If thats not working, it might be broken.
