I'd like to know if there's a method to organize music by artist and shuffle play all the musics by all artists. (Using 1.5)

I'd like to know too. It would be nice to be able to turn off the screen while you're listening to music, to save the battery too.

Shouldn't that be: There are 1 kind of people- those who understand binary and those who don't. Since 1 can represent two values, true(1) or false(0)

if you lock the buttons(power button down, yellow thing showing), the screen will turn off after some time...
i believe this configuration is accessible in the system menus(icon to the most left on the main screen)...

If you push and hold the button with a square on it (supposed to be a picture of a screen) along the bottom of the PSP, next to the PSP logo and the Musical Note button...that'll turn the screen off!

The only only music organisation I've managed to do is to create a subfolder for each album...thats it! (although I haven't really been trying!)

Cheers,
Fox

I GOT IT!!!
you name the musics like:
Artist - Music
EX: Linkin Park - Papercut
and the musics will be in alphabetical order, but by artist. ^^
