The Elite Adapter is a simple power cable adapter to use old version of Talismoon Whisper Fan or other device such as Aurora etc. with the new style of power plug on Xbox 360 elite.
This is not required for the Whisper Fans currently sold which come with both regular and Elite adaptor.
