Here you go guys - PSPVC v3.21, a release with a bunch of fixed bugs
...and here are the changes.
Fixed a typo in resolutions.xml
Fixed an auto-resolution bug
Fixed an "Audio-Track" bug
Fixed a "Tweaks" bug
Fixed a few more *.ass/*.ssa subtitle bugs
New "Partion Decision" option available in "Advanced" tab
