PSP Ad-Hoc Party for PC

Now that Ad-Hoc Party for the PS3 has been announced and tested, has anyone given any thought to a PC application that might do the same deed to link up Ad-Hoc players over the Web?

i know this is old, but there already is a program that does what Ad Hoc Party does. I has been around for years before ad hoc party actually. its called Xlink Kai.
