Without a shadow of a doubt the AmigaCD32 was the worst console ive owned ever, followed by the Amiga 1200, hated both to death, im still annoyed that i swapped a snes with Wildcard disk drive for a crappy amiga 1200

Original Gameboy, it needed four AA batteries

The Game Gear, as it needed SIX AA batteries, it only had a 2 hour battery life, and the game selection was lacking. The graphics were pretty good and the full-strength TV brightness of the screen was nice, however, so it still had its strengths of the time. With a battery pack (those things were huge) or car adapter, the battery life wasn't as much of a concern, either.

It would be my Sega Nomad. I hated that damn thing and its eight battery's. Couldn't play the damn thing for more than an hour with new energizers. One day I finally just smashed it on the ground......

That would be the first computer I remember having at my house. It was a Compaq and it had either Windows 95 or 98 on it. That damn thing froze so many times right in the middle of Roller Coaster Tycoon. So many hours were lost because of that.

the worst console ever for me even though i prefer its games to the ps3 it has to be the xbox 360 god damn thing can barely read any of my perfect game discs the only time the fecker wants to play a disc is when it sounds like a freakin wind turbine or else all it dose is just buzz and brings up that stupid screen where it says please insert this disc in an xbox 360 console so what i'll do is just find a replacement hitachi dvd drive and we all know how crap there drives are and the fix it up and sell to some noob.

though i logged countless hours on it, the original, non-lit gba was crap. i remember taking lampshades off house lights in order to view it's incredibly dim screen indoors.

on a side note, i didn't seem to mind having to use a web of rubberbands to hold my six AA battery sucking atari lynx's broken ac adapter cord in place.

The Sega-CD. If it wasn't for Lunar and Snatcher, I would be hard pressed to find anything good about it. I think I paid like $300 for the damn thing too. What a piece of garbage!

I must agree... Mine never worked; but I must say the one console I really regret taking is the Wii; if it wasn;t for the homebrew I wouldn't bother hooking it up. The Game Gear never was as good as the Gameboy... Even with the color screen.

You should have sent it in under warranty which you probably (like almost positively because of the expansion on the warranty they did) had and got it fixed. Mine did that when I first got it and an update rolled around and fixed it. Now it runs fine and has never red lighted and I've had it for two years.

GP2X F200...
After my GP2X broke I purchased this system hoping that it would be an improvement...I was wrong.

1. The touch screen was less accurate with each firmware version. I thought frmware updates were meant to FIX bugs, not create them.
2. It took 25 to 40 seconds to boot up.
3. The controls did not feel comfortable and were a bit stiff.
4. It has a touch screen but the screen is poorly implemented. (Not the fault of the manufacturers, but still...)
5. When I touch the screen in the main menu, the system's screen goes black and the system hangs.

Are you kidding wraggster!

The amiga range of computers were excellent and my favorite being the A1200 , Millions of games and easy to come bye legal or not and had some of the best graphics of its time.

Never played the cd32 (unfortunatly) but i can actually imagine it not being to good without keyboard/mouse and floppy drive.

Anyway being a collector of all systems i have to say i hated the atari jaguar............ What an ugly underpowered console that was with its 2 x 16 bit cpu's and lack of games.

Hmm, I like all my consoles, but if I have to pick the most annoying it will have to be the Dreamcast.

- Rumble pak as an addon module, when ps1 dual shock had been there a while?? That's lame.

- Too few buttons and only one analogue stick on gamepad, when ps1s dual shock had been there for a while? That's lame.

- Lame games. No I don't think it had anything going for it. Playstation and N64 had generally waaay better games. Ooga Booga was kinda fun though.

This console clearly showed that Segas time as hardware manufacturer had passed.

You my friend don't have a clue on whats good and whats not!

The dreamcast is an excellent machine with a lot going for it and games still being produced commercially to this day.

Also the dreamcast was the first out by quite a long time compared to the ps1 & N64, very easy to write/run homebrew/emulators from and with support for keyboard & mouse with internet ............ yeah

The Atari Jaguar. Uncomfortable controls, SNES graphics and terrible game design combined into a game system that was more a of joke than something to brag about owning. It was the oddest thing though...it was so bad, it was good. I loved the thing. Its like those dogs in the ugliest dog contests. Despite its many flaws, I was proud to own it. I couldn't brag about it, but I did show it off, and now that it is gone, I miss it.

I guess I had the least love for my CD32, hence I only kept it for about 8 months. I bought all kinds of bits and bobs for it trying to turn it into a real computer alongside my upgraded (and loved) 68020 A500+, but ultimately as soon as I could afford a PC in 1994 I got one and flogged the CD32. There were a few nice AGA games for the CD32 though. A short while later I got the Playstation the moment it was launched and never looked back except through emulation.

My Game Consoles were Great! As For PCs, I Loved my Sony Vaio from 2003, Radeon 9200 *8500 Series* \3GHz Pentium 4 HT (Got it as a gift!) However One After another problems.. First Crappy Motherboard, Worked for a few years, Kept Rebooting, Never Powered on, (Fixed Under Warranty), Power Supply Blew (Payed on my own) and Mother board... Now i've gutted it almost , the Graphics and DVD Drive went to an Older PC from 2001, I Was POed, It Was a beast, but now Sony, as rich as they are, cant make a good PC, so i went HP and i'm More than happy!

True, you were having the pirate version with many games built in and easy to break controllers,I owned that too

I do agree the Amiga CD-TV(32) was a bad iteration of the Amiga, but it did have the best damn game of Pirates Gold on any system. It had full cd audio which made it heads and shoulders above the Sega Genesis version (the same version without the cd audio). The other versions of Pirates Gold on the PC, Mac, and Amiga (all disk based) were terrible. The DOS version was better than the barely installable Windows version.

I agree the Tiger.com was a terrible system, ended up giving mine to a neighbor kid after having it two weeks with most of the games purchased.

The least favorite off all the systems and computers I have owned though would have to be my Atari 5200. I have had no less than a dozen controllers break. I have ordered controllers off of eBay and bought systems and controllers at thrift shops but after a week or two they always quit.

I really love my 2 Dreamcasts but have to say they were poorly made as the controller ports on both of them quite working after a while. I have to open the systems up and short out some connectors to get them the work. But then they don't work with the light gun, fishing controller, arcade stick, keyborad, etc. They only work with the dreamcast controllers that came with the system (or third party ones). That alone makes the system blow. I do agree it was one of the best systems for the shear amount of good games.

At times I hate my XBox 360 (e.g. dreadful noise, Microsoft being a pain to deal with, XBox live subscription fees, terrible dpad, stupidly expensive hard drive, the awful new avatar characters which you have to use, media centre not worth bothering with) but Oblivion makes up for all this. Now that you can install the games to the hard drive, the noise levels are tolerable and I would now say it is a decent-but-not-great machine.

Malksta, you, my friend, are an idiot. Do you know how valueable the orig xbox is as far as emulation goes? That system is a treasure and will always have a place in my entertainment system. Not only do I play games on it but any movie I watch I load on to it to use as a video jukebox. I love that system.

And I take back my dis of the Atari 2600.

The worst game console I ever owned was a little piece of tech called the Virtual Boy. Nintendo discontinued it and EB was clearing house and I got the system and like 5 games for $49.99. No refunds. I got ripped off!

I don't have any video game consoles that I hate especially.. And I have 32X! :p

I have a big stack of Dell desktop pcs from around 1996/1997. They weren't that bad either, but doing some simple shit (like running Windows 98 and overclocking an i166 to 200 mhz) caused one to overheat so badly that the processor actually melted into the socket.

Once a ways back in my teen years I owned a computer that had no latches on the side of the CPU port to hold the fan on; I had to use 2 screwdrivers wedged into the 5.25bay from the fan grill to hold it on and underclock it slightly to control the heat. As a result of the original fan breaking and heat damage it could not be turned off. Ever. If I turned it off I would get 1000 failed bootups before I got it to start into windows. I remember spending 2 days straight whenever someone turned it off to get it back on again.

I think that my Xbox 360 gave me more frustration than enjoyment. Nothing against the games.. Just the first two/three years of consoles. Before my console got the RRoD, it had some strange issue where some chip on the board was loose and it wouldn't output video. Since the issue wasn't all too widespread and my console was only about three weeks out of warranty, Microsoft wanted me to pay $120 or so for them to fix the issue.

Eventually, I found that the towel trick even fixed that issue.. And everything was good until I got the RRoD a few months later.

Akumie, Sega CD, 32X, and Jaguar... Crappy consoles? Sure, they were expensive back in the day (which is why they didn't sell too well and were then discontinued early), but they all have a few excellent games that make them worthwhile. The games and consoles are pretty cheap these days as well.

LOL my most hated and owned is the Sega CD. Why cause it didnt have very many cool games out if its very small library of games. Of course i only own 2 games for that system some art game and Sega Arcade Classics which the Sega Arcade Classics being pretty decent. I cant say i really hate the GameGear though i do agree the 6 battery's to power the system is pretty damn rediculous but the games for the system were fun. My GameCube is the only one i really hate right now what the hell would i do with that when i own a Wii. Well the only thing that gets used on the GameCube is the Gameboy Advance adapter so thats about it.
