The Wireless Keypad for the Playstation 3 is an innocuous little snap-on peripheral, that adds a full QWERTY thumb board, touchpad and a few instant access buttons to your controller.

The Playstation 3's $50 keyboard is a bit lighter, thinner and offers a few more features than its Xbox 360 counter-part, which is to be expected since its hitting stores so much later.

This is a pass... seriously why is it on top of the controller? that looks uncomfortable as hell! It uses a battery and doesn't charge with the controller, well I guess some might like that but not me. No backlit buttons....w/es.
I suggest getting a logitech ps3 keyboard (works well!) because at $50 for a controller keypad id rather get myself a game.

and of course it doesnt charge with controller cus its an add on, a separate accessory!

i bought it and personally think its great!

it isnt uncomfortable
