I can't see the picture either and the link you posted is only accesible to certain users ie: not me.

is there any other link you could give?

Can't see it or access the link, I get:

Ok, even I can't see the picture. It has to do with our user privileges, I guess. The Webmaster and a moderator can see, but not the regular users.
