Mediumgauge (http://www.geocities.jp/mediumgauge/) has updated his simple file browser for PSP.
Heres whats new:
Added side scrolling, the analog stick will produce high speed side scrolling
Modified the background viewing algorithm
Increased the maximum number of characters allowed on 1 line
Added help via the triangle key
