Is this video card good?

Yesterday I went to some computer stores in search for the DDR2 Ram I'm planing to get for my PC with a friend and I found this video card (http://www.compusariato.com/tarjetavideozogisgeforce7200.html) for cheap, I mean really cheap, I even asked the guy why was it so cheap, he just smiled and said that was the kind of prices he offers

It sounds really fishy to me, maybe it is second hand or something but still I thought it was a really good price, It just sounds too good to be true

If you're wondering what's really cheap for me, the card was priced at $530 mexican pesos, around $40 usd (most of the cards i've seen are around $90 usd)

what do you think, should I buy it?

OMG is HELL expensive! dont even think in buying it, one friend have some public internet pcs with these cards and they suck! you better look at least for an 8400gs :p.

Si mi amigo del cyber compro como 15 9400gt´s de 1gb cada una y como 5 9500gt :p, lo envian muy rapido. Neta si estamos muy cerca lol, yo soy de Jalisco pero estudio en Aguascalientes aunque ando de vacaciones.

Gracias men, si que ayudaste, iba a malgastar buen dinero en un pedazo de porqueria, lo malo que ahorita no tienen ninguna en stock, tendre que esperar.

Aunque no creo que importe mucho porque la quiero para cuando salga el Starcraft 2, eso si algun dia sale.
