As 2008 comes to a close (or has already for those of you in The Future) it's always fun to look back on a year's worth of purchases and obsessively list twelve months of consumption.

This year represents, as far as I know, my biggest haul. The reason? This is the year I started to get review copies of games — a blessing and a curse. The total? Exactly 54 games for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Nintendo DS, Wii, Xbox 360 and PC — just slightly more than one game per week. The majority of them I paid out of pocket for (including that copy of Cruis'n), with some courtesy of publishers or developers (Resistance 2, for example). One was a gift!

Of that 54, I "beat" 22. Six I haven't played at all. The majority of the games acquired in 2008 were for the Xbox 360 (bias!!) with the least represented on my list being the PSP with just one game. Actually, I'm not sure if I got the Parodius Portable collection this year or last.

hmm games
psp:
crisis core (of course) finished it 2 times and half way through 3rd time.
star ocean, only finished it once and packed it away thinking ill get around to playing it for a 2nd later.
medal of honer heros 2, its just not a game i can sit and play for long.
and
castlevania: DXC very good for a remake of a brillent game.
and i bought a ps3 this year so.

uncharted, havent finishes it yet getting there slowly
resistance:fom sony chose well with its launch game,
gt5... what do i have to say its gt5 ...
devil may cry 4.... havent fiished it .. but yeah its no dmc3.
little big planet ... this game is so addictive and soooo annoyng.
Naruto ultimate ninja storm .. i really loved this 1.
and the best game
guitar hero: wt.... the only people i know that dont like it are people who play guitar and girly boys, i would walk around with the guitar around town.
not sure what i got in pc last year.. wasnt too much but yeah ... i liked lasted years line up of games... lets hope with the economy crisis: final fantasy .. (lol) that this year isnt too much of a failure

PSP is kind of my main console so

- I Finally bought a slim, GOW bundle so God of War Chains of Olympus
- Final Fantasy Crisis Core
- Star wars the force Unleashed
- Super Stardust Portable
- Prinny Ore Ga Sujinkou de Iinsuka? (jap)
- Dissidia FF (jap)

Also got an Xbox 360 only bought Turok, rented two more, DMC4, Gears of War.
