News/release from Crediar (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Preloader)

Preloader 'replaces' the systemmenu (it's not really replaced, its main.dol is just renamed) with a simple loader which allows you to automatically load the HBC, a .dol you can install from SD or the systemmenu. It also allows you to use simple patches on the systemmenu. To start the installtion enter I raid u.

SINCE THIS TOOL CHANGES THE WAY THE WII WORKS IT WAS NEVER INTENDED TO, THERE IS A RISK OF BRICKING YOUR CONSOLE. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN TO ASSURE THAT NOTHING WILL BRICK. BUT THIS IS STILL NO GUARANTEE!! THE AUTHOR CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE IT MIGHT CAUSE! YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU INSTALL THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK!

I remember when v1 of this tool was leaked/released on IRC, it was unstable and pretty much destroyed the system menu.

Is this safe to use?
My ideal use for this is to automatically load a .DOL file that goes to a patched system menu. Would this work for it, or would it fail? FYI it is the Gecko OS Rebooter.

I am not so sure about this one based off of past experiences, so can anyone confirm this for me?

I think the leaked one was for PAL consoles only.

EDIT: By the way, this is only for 3.2 firmware. It will most likely brick your Wii if it's any of other version.
