Things became a bit more stable, and again this week we have a new build. Note that the linux builds are now with the new fastlog flavor and not devel. That means they should work faster and produce logs, but no debug symbols.

Highlights:
* Copy textures to ram (fixes MP2 scanner and some other games)
* Wii dol (homebrew) now works (even on linux)
* New inis
* Fix Stop and start crash
* Fix crash on linux 64
* Some other minor bug fixes
