Modified information display.
Optimized the processing of ARM7, ARM9. (It waited processing swiWaitForVBlank() )
Volume modification addition.
R+ top and bottom.
Localizing into Japanese the indication.
Date, clock and thermometer addition.
Other things and variety optimization it melted.
Tested GBAMP (CF), M3-SD.
Untested M3-CF, SC-SD and SC-CF.
