Capcom has reiterated that it still plans to release Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for PlayStation Network in Europe after a report suggested the game was going round in circles between the publisher and Sony QA.

ThePSN (http://www.thepsn.co.uk/2009/01/26/street-fighter-ii-hd-stuck-in-sony-qa/) quoted Capcom spokesperson Leo Tan, who reportedly said the game was going back and forth due to "faults and other problems", and that the publisher was hoping to submit a new version "within three weeks".

However, Tan told Eurogamer this morning that he didn't speak to the site in question, and issued the following statement: "We are keen to release Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix on PSN in Europe as soon as we possibly can."

HD Remix was originally released for Xbox 360 in Europe in late November, and has been available on PSN in the States since then as well, but the game has been conspicuously absent from the European store ever since.

Which is a shame, because it's wicked.

Exactly, we always get screwed. Also, release the SHIVERING ISLES DLC for Oblivion already.

This is probably sitting with Bethesda, but c'mon the US got it months ago, I don't think they'll bother now at all now Fallout 3 is out. Why should we purchse GOTY edition, when everyone else has the option to download it?
