OpenBOR 2.0042 + Memory Saving DC Version

OpenBOR (http://www.openbor.net/), the open source extension of the Beats of Rage brawling engine, has been updated. There is a memory saving Dreamcast version available, as well as a standard Dreamcast version. The memory saving version loads the data before each round, so it takes longer to load than the standard version. Some of the mods that are available require the memory saving version, however.

Just a note that v43 will include a fix that eliminates the sound effects cutting on the DC version. The problem turned out to be the program trying to play a jump sound which most mods do not use. Code has been added that checks to make sure the sound is valid before trying to play it.
