This game looks fantastic, but that one penis joke kept the game out of America. Too bad, I was looking forward to buying this. :(

how do you know its not coming to the west?

1. There are jokes in the game that Americans won't understand
2. There is some crude humor that won't go over well with Nintendo of America. *coughpenisjokecough*
3. Sega hasn't announced a Western release. Video games from Japan to America don't take long to get here (usually), so if Sega was gonna release PBA in America, they would've done it already.
