This may be an interesting concept for a controller, but I can't figure out what the point of it is. What's the benefit of being about to twist the two sides of your controller around?

What's the point of a retarded cheap looking controller XD
I mean, sure you could like use the twist effect for reloading a gun or some other feature you can think of but....Who cares?
It's pretty useless if you ask me.
And there is no PS Button XD

What!?!?!?! This isn't a new concept!!
The NAMCO neGcon did this on the playstation one. I don't mean this in a flame war starting way, but have Sony ran out of controller features to steal from current gen controllers? There now using ideas from OLD 3rd party controllers?!?!?
Crazy!

Could this be the "breakapart" controller that was rumoured a few months back?

(One of the few articles that mentioned it)

I hope they release it in black :p

I kinda like the look of it. Still, sadly, the regular DualShock 3 (and SIXAXIS) has the best design of current console controllers.

The Xbox 360 controller is better ergonomically, but the horrible d-pad and its awkward positioning in combination with the two analog thumbsticks kills it.

Funny that no "modern" controller can come close to matching the SNES controller though. :P

Would be great for racing games, just like the original controller it is based off.
