Team Orbis Development (http://orbis.stevenskingdom.com/) have just released a preview version of their Flash Mod for PSP. The new FlashMod v3.0 will be similar to the way a shell is and that is capable of booting UMD games, modifying PSP settings and changing PSIX supports etc.
