Actually I am working on full screen video at the moment. The screenshots included was from my current build. Thats why you don't see that option in your menus. I'm exited to say that the in-game play will be semi 16x9. Native resolution will be 480x240 versus 320x240 no scaling! The only reason I can do this is because SenileTeam did a great job in the game engine!

As for the other questions posted...

Currently you will need a "pak" file. The one I currently use and enjoy very much is the "crisis.pak" and "crisis2.pak". The pak files need to be in the same directory as eboot.pbp game and make sure you rename them to "bor.pak".

Thanks a whole lot for this update i love Bor. For those that dont know its a Streets of Rage fan game engine created by senile team. You can go to borrevolution.com to see more mods. Hey once again thanks samuraiX. keep up the good work also are you considering doing OpenBor for the psp in the future or OpendarkBor? This is a good day to be alive :)

Works On 2.0 Until About A Few Seconds In It Locks Up. The PSP Then Shuts Down On Its Own. Loading Times Are Also VERY Long! Would Like To See This A Little Faster. Amazing Work Other Then This. Keep Up The Good Work!

.com gave me an error, so I searched around a bit and got some links for this brew

http://dev.dcemulation.com/bormod/
http://www.senileteam.com/
but that revolution site seems to be down at all the links I've tried, anyone have some solid links to download paks?

I haven't actually gotten it on the psp yet, because I am still getting a few paks. What ones are the most enjoyable, any favorites?

For those who don't know about this game, it's a freeware game, made by the Senile Team to tribute the "Streets of Rage" saga.
Its uses sprites and backgrounds from some King of Fighters games, by SNK. It's a cool game for some entertainment.

ok one link I know of thats up is gp32x.com. When you're on the main site click on GP2X download under the GP2X on the menu bar.Click games, then freeware, then beat em ups. Now under Beats of Rage just click on the here text and all your bor.paks will there to download and try. For favoriets I'd say try the Final Fight 2 one the 1st is ok but I like the 2nd better. Dragons of rage wont load so dont bother with that one all though to me its the best one. Also these files are a little outdated once borrevolution is back up thats where all the updated mods can be found and some demo mods.

to mcloud you have to rename the pak files to "bor.pak" without the qoutes. and put that file in the folder without the %

Well I found a serious bug! Running out of memory once we pass the second stage (crisis.pak). Problem is that bor loads up 90% of the whole pack to memory when the game first initalizes. Still debugging but either we are not freeing up the memory or dynamic memory management needs to be implemented. Can some try a smaller pack say less than 10 megs and let me know if bor exits to sony menu.

Thanks!

I love the original Streets of Rage series, and I've always wondered what exactly this program is, so it's cool to finally check it out. It's amazing well done for homebrew and a lot of fun for an old school beat'em up.

Do you have any plans to allow for the loading of multiple bor.files so that people can have different mods on their memory stick at once? Also, do you think that there will be any speed improvements in the loading at the very beginning? It's pretty long :(

In any case, thanks for the release.

samuriax I tried dragonball which was about 5mb it worked all the way through. I tried beats of rage remix 2 which was 112mb and street fighter victory which was about 15mb and they both stop half way. on SFV the psp crashed and on the BOR remix 2 it sent me back to sony. Ill have to try somemore later.

also for my ealier comments about links to bor paks just search the Dreamcast forums on this site and you'll find all the links.
