ADePSP and Y4Kman (http://cheats.y4kstudios.com/index.php) has updated their CheatSync for GTA: LCS, version 0.3. CheatSync for GTA: LCS is a program which can download cheats from the internet, then let upload to your PSP and use with Edison Carter's CheatDevice.
