Alright, I am pretty new to the PSP hacking society so I if this sounds stupid or if I am posting this in the wrong place than just let me know. Anyway, I just have an idea for a PSP application or I would like to know if something like this already exhists. Would it be possible to connect your PSP to a radio station in your car like products for an Ipod can do to play the sound over your car's stereo. If there is anyway to make use of the PSP's infra-red that would be pretty cool I think because the product that you would otherwise have to buy is like $25.00 Here is a link to the Belkin FM transmitter...http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-TuneCast-Transmitter-Players-Black/dp/B0001F22PA/ref=pd_cp_e_2?pf_rd_p=413863501&pf_rd_s=center-41&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0000CDMZ7&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1WJ76008CMTQAMXH2D1F

Why make an app for that, when the adapter already exists and can be used with any PSP?

To get around paying the $25.00... Just wanted to know if there was anything like that available as far as apps go before I do purchase anything. That's all.

It would require hijacking the wifi antenna to transmit commercial-band FM (which probably isn't possible), or adding in extra components.

Those plugin transmitter things can be found for less than $25, if you shop around.

Yep, its not really that worth it either even with an adapter. I bought one and the audio quality just blows! I would suggest getting some sort of aux adapter for your car stereo instead.
