David Hayter, the deep-voiced bloke who's provided vocals for Solid Snake, has started his own studio.
In partnership with actor/producer Benedict Carver, Hayter's Dark Hero Studios will generate TV, film, internet and videogame productions for the action, sci-fi and horror genres.
Hayter has written and will direct the studio's first project, Demonology, while the company works to set up "graphic novels, comicbooks, videogame properties and original genre scripts for movie treatment", according to Variety.
Hayter co-wrote the recently released Watchmen film (along Alex Tse), as well as scripting The Scorpion King, X-Men and X2: X-Men United.
