PSP 3000 hack will it ever be released?

My question is in the title. I read an article released by MaGiXeN on pspgen.com that seems to say it's never going to happen. Can anyone clairify this for me or should I sell my psp3000 and find a hackable 2000.

They've found a new TIFF exploit (no, it's not dead...yet) which exploits the Phat, Slim (up to OFW 5.03) and the BRITE (up to OFW 5.02). Currently it's just to load a bin file from the root of memory stick but it is in development.

There are somebody said that you can hack PSP3000 with a kind of batter like Pandora.

That information is wrong. ps3lens.com has told that they have checked the whole market and test the original pandora battery, but got bad news about it.

Until now, someone even change the PSP2000 mainboard with PSP3000 mainboard, then the defective PSP3000 has been hacked.

Can you tell me if the news is true?
Who can hack ps3 or PSP3000?
