unofficial LaunchELF v4.39y beta

LaunchELF v4.39y beta (2009.04.06)
-Merged in new MCMAN and MCSERV modules by jimmikaelkael
-Modified FileBrowser to allow renaming of all MC file/folder objects
-Fixed "DEVICE_UNITS" again, to really allow 10 USB drives/partitions in FTP
