The DS Linux team headed by Pepsiman (http://www.dslinux.org/blogs/pepsiman/?p=49) have beaten Nintendo to the punch and released a Web Browser for the Nintendo DS:

"I didn’t think we’d ever get a web browser running in DSLinux, but I was proved wrong when phestar compiled retawq (http://retawq.sourceforge.net/) for DSLinux. DSLinux has beaten Nintendo/Opera by releasing the first web browser for the DS."

I have it working in ds linux, but I only have a nintendo wi-fi connection via my pc, now is there any way I can get this to go online with what I already have, M3 CF DS LINUX + IRC+ RETAWQ, nintendo wi-fi connecter + pc etc. thanks:)
