¿WHAT IS?
This is an IM (instant message) client for Jabber servers
INSTALL
Firmware 1.50:
Copy the content of FW150 folder in the ms0:/psp/game of your psp
CONTROLS
Start: Menu
L: Change Contact to send messages
R: Change Contact to send messages
X: Cancel
O: Confirm
Keyboard:
D-pad: Select a character
A-nub: Change UPPER/lower case
O: Insert selected character
X: Delecte a character
Triangle: Insert space
Square: Enter/Send message
SERVERS
Has been probed on the following servers:
jabber.org
jabber.org.au
jabber-hispano.org
VERSIONS
1.01 2005-03-01
Corrected an error on WIFI select. Now always O to confirm.
Added support for Kopete icons.
1.0 2005-02-28
First public version.

It's already translated to english, but the screenshot is from the spanish version.
In the chat screen press start to enter to the configuration menu where you could choose the language.
If you want to add new languages put your languages translations in the /langs subdirectory.
