Asaki (http://www.pocketheaven.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=6910) has compiled Goomba and added 32 Super Game Boy palettes to the emulator:

Hello.

I've compiled a custom Goomba 2.3 for my own amusement, and I thought I would share it.

The old palettes have been replaced with all 32 Super Game Boy palettes, and I've added a palette switch hotkey (L + select).

Yeah, okay, I'm not a big fan of version numbers, so let's just say this
is Goomba v2.3 with my own additions. I think timestamps do a pretty
good job of keeping one up-to-date.

All 16 palettes replaced.
16 additional palettes added, totalling 32.
Palette switch hotkey added (L + select).

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being nostalgic for the old Super Game Boy, I thought I'd take it upon
myself to "borrow" the colors from SGB and insert them into Goomba.

I know some of the color choices aren't exactly the best, and there's a
whole lot of brown and green ones, but there's just something about it
that brings back a lot of memories. Plus, it's a learning experience, so
what the heck.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to use:

You'll need to already have a copy of Goomba, doesn't matter which one,
as long as it has Goomba Front. Extract this into the same folder and
load up "sgoomba.gba" where it says "Select Emulator File" in the
front-end.

Pretty straight-forward. See Goomba's documentation if you need
directions on the rest of the process (or for an alternate method).

If for some strange reason you don't already have a copy of Goomba, you
can get FluBBa's v2.3 from his website: http://www.ndsretro.com/

Compile and enjoy as you normally would.

L + select triggers the palette switch hotkey.

Included is a color guide, sgoomba.png.

I've included the three source files I modified, and I'm pretty sure I
commented "Asaki" onto all the lines I changed. Throw it into FluBBa's
v2.3 source and have a blast (if you're into that sort of thing).

TODO:

Was working on getting the screen to update when palette/gamma is
changed in the menu, but I couldn't quite figure out how to get it to
work without crashing. I usually just use the hotkey, anyway.

Adding in the SGB and SGB2 borders would be pretty cool, but my coding
skills are lacking, and I never use borders anyway.

A "flip through palettes in reverse" button or button combination would
be nice, I might try adding it.

Maybe have a text pop up that tells you which palette you've switched
to when using the hotkey?

I have no idea if I even coded the hotkey correctly, but it works, and
the compiler didn't give me an error.

Would also be nice to add this to Dwedit or Kuwanger's builds.

Special thanks:

Ugetab for the Pro Action Replay codes to get SGB to run in ZSNES:
00BE4300
00B8C101
00B11400
00B0AA13
00B0ABAF
Nensondubois for the SGB2 codes:
00BE4300
00B8C101
00B11400
00B0FF05
FluBBa of course.
Nintendo.
Probably some other dudes.

Dwedit is working on merging these changes into Goomba Color, which is good news.
