Downgrade help

Can anybody help me with this problem I have downgrading from 2.0 to 1.5. I have started with a formated memory stick and copied all the files to the right locations. The problem is when I turn the psp back on and go to photos in order to the activate the overflow.tif, it just says "no image files" and nothing happens. The files are definitely there and in the right places. I've triple checked by going back into USB mode and looking in My Computer. It is possible this unit has previously been downgraded and re-upgraded again to 2.0. Would this even make a difference?

Okay, your PSP is version 2.00 as of right now and you have not attempted anything yet right?

edit: If so I can send you a clean version of the file set-up with all the files in the right places (including the 1.5 update).
