I need some help to find answer these 2 questions.

1. is R4i (Revolution) compatible with 1.3U firmware ?

2. how can I understand if the R4i unit is FAKE ?

I made a huge research but I got some different answers, the I decided to ask in here. I can guess that these "is it compatible ?" questions are asked a lot and "boring" stuff. But I would be happy if you guys can answer this question one more time for me. Actually I am confused because I made more than needed research >.<

I have seen this R4i revolution in a game shop in Canada, they are asking for ~60 CAD + tax :( and that is my best bet because I don't have the option to buy online.

At least, I want to be sure that they are selling a genuine R4i and I want to be sure if that card will work with my updated 1.3U DSi system.

thank you.

yes it does.

mine came as 1.2U and I brilliantly updated it to 1.3U (U refers to USA I think)

it's hard to find such kind of stuff in Toronto / Canada.

there is no honest seller, they try to rip you by asking ~ $60 for a $15 product.

almost none of the sellers has any stores and they request you to call them before visiting and they meet you at gas stations !!!

I would be so happy if someone actually knows a store in Toronto where I can go and buy a nice DSi card without ordering online.

thank you.
