i was told that nintendo were going after sites who support piracy aka the loaders etc

It's a good thing DCEmu doesn't support piracy/loaders, the sites that do shouldn't be there.

First it was SONY, now Nintendo. Somewhere in the near future, there wont be as many sites of that nature although the tools will exist.



EDIT: It's actually maintenance, according to a cached screen from 12 hours ago.

This site is only under maintenance.
Normaly when it is closed due legal reasons, the administrators informs it in the main page.

Usually when a site has been shut down (or even hacked), there is a screen or two with information.

Now there is a screen again to gbatemp saying about the maintenance, unlike an hour ago it was the server screen.
