All the big press releases today talk about a Worldwide Price cut for the PSP down to $199 but Success HK (http://www.success-hk.com/affiliatewiz/aw.asp?B=112&A=50&Task=Click) are already selling the PSP at $196.44 which is around 105 quid in UK money.

Got to be one of the worlds cheapest ?

What exchange rate are you using???

as of right now, XE (which will always give a better conversion than paypal any day)

196.44 USD United States Dollars = 112.362 GBP United Kingdom Pounds

1 USD = 0.571989 GBP 1 GBP = 1.74828 USD

come on wraggster, we aint all daft :)

Now Im forced to choose.
Cash in now and get a second psp.
(my first one was taken really good care of, but its age is showing)
Or just wait till the new psp's come out.
What would you guys do:confused:

ya, you are daft.. its called MSRP.. it changes from country to country.. say here, in the US everything is always a number closest to the nearest currency ammount (Ie. $19.99, $199.99 , $149.99) it makes it more simple.. where as in other countrys, they do the same thing.. weather or not its the exact same value..

shadowprophet, if you wait for the new psp it will more than likely have a new firmware preinstalled which will, as im sure you are aware, greatly limit what you will be able to do with your psp. It will also cost more i reckon. I would go for the cheap one.

Customs are wise to the PSP import market, and importing a PSP can add up to Ģ50 to the price you pay.

I gave up importing PSPs a while back - you can get a much better deal from eBay sellers with UK stock.

wtf? I bought my v1.52 PSP in America last June and it cost $180. This can't be right. I mean, prices can't drop up, can they?
