Ahman (http://www.ahman.co.nr/) has released a new version of his Shell for the PSP, heres whats new:

Version 1.2 is released with a new Adhoc WIFI file transfer function. You can now send file or directory to your friend's PSP while listening to your favor mp3 song, playing UMD game/homebrew, all at the same time.

This is one of the very few apps that reside on ALL of my memory cards :).
