Ivan Moen has let us know in this forum thread (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=20724) that he has opened a new site that will let users make new sites online that will work on the PSP, heres what he posted:

I think it's good and everyone should have one. . . But it's just to hard to control on my PC, i can't see the whole editor and i've just got no idea how to use it, it aint hard but it's just the controls

Pretty sweet idea and not that hard to use. I think implimenting RSS would be a huge help though. Thats my biggest hangup on using the PSP as a browser. It just takes so long to load pages. With this being formated for the screen, having rss would let you check multiple sites at once.
