xis9 (http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=psp&message.id=1833392&view=by_date_ascending&page=1) has posted the release of his Portal for users of v2.0 and above PSP consoles, heres what he posted:
Those who wants to try the portal but didn't subscribed, well here's your chance. Pls note that this only beta. Most of the links aren't working yet, and the games' titles are all mixed up. I will try to fix everything on the next version. not only that, I'm going to add more games and applications.
-it will automatically load a different theme during night time. It is similar to psp's theme where we get different color each month, but in this case it's going to be night and day. Thanks to atomic16 for this wonderful idea.
