Microsoft are Working on a PSP/Ipod/DS Killer

It seems that Microsoft are working on thier own Handheld to threaten the Worldwide base of PSP/Ipod and DS users, originally it was thought that the tablet PC Origami was the new handheld but its not.

I predict if it ever happens all it will do is run a version of Halo and ports of games that are on all the other platforms (just like the Xbox). ;-)

I'd rather Microsoft stayed out of the handheld market, it's currently in a healthy state with good quality software coming out fairly regularly. I don't want it to turn into the sorry state consoles are in.
