An entry in the Neoflash Coding Comp (http://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php/board,37.0.html), heres the details

McZonk posted this :

Titan Homebrew Manager

You sit around outside and want to play the newest homebrew. But your computer is miles away? You can download and install Hombrew from the web.
It also makes homebrew easier from home. Problems with installation of homebrew are also over now. All downloaded homebrew is automaticly installed in the right place.
In a few days neoflash.com will host a download server with a lot of homebrew. You can update the homebrew manager via homebrew manager

Well, it looks like he got the server up-and-running! I am downloading/installing PSPset right now.

I only see this program as becoming useful if the majority (I'm talking like 85%) of all homebrew meets the server. I think his priorities should go: 1. apps, 2. emulators, 3. games. I think it would also be nice if, in a future version, he allows downloading and installing Lua Scripts, with the ability to define the Lua Player folder.

And no, this will not work on 2.01> because WiFi Loading is not enabled yet, and may never be unless Fanjita can load the WiFi libraries within GTA (not likely because it is kernal mode) You may ask then how he got WiFi on 2.00. It is simple: he created a TIFF/BIN file that performed the same action as the one to load the eLoader, but forced you to press L+R+SELECT. That's all it is. And, coincidentally, when doing this while establishing an internet connection, the connection is not closed, therefore the WiFi libraries needn't be loaded because the XMB had already done it, and a connection had been established that was not closed. (The neat thing about the WiFi loader is that after viewing it, you can go about normal PSP business, and whenever you feel like playing homebrew, just press L+R+SELECT and the eLoader will start.)
