You probably know this already, but DCaSTaway has issues with sound. For example, in Automation menu 012, my favourite ST game was TimeBandit. This should have sound when shooting the gun and killing enemies, but there is silence instead...
Aside from this, it is great to be able to play these games again in such great clarity, something my xbox cant do.
Thanks

Does this emulator play sampled sounds yet as opposed to just "chip sounds", some emulators on the PC couldn't do them properly.
Examples on the ST are the intro music to Super Hang On, Captain Blood, E-Motion, Turrican II. An obvious use of samples is the "Sector One!" sample at the start of the first level of Xenon as well.

Yes, i just test 'Xenon' and 'Sector One!' sounds like atariST, but 'TimeBandit' not sounds and it is strange, DCaSTaway sound core is based on Hatari emulator and 'TimeBandit' sound with Hatari.

Hi just to make sure, I also tested another emultaor on Windows (SainT), and TimeBandit does have the shooting sound on there. But not in the Dreamcast version of your emulator.
Also, another game DungeonMaster there is supposed to be a "Whoosh" sound when the FTL logo is displayed and I do not hear this also.
I'm going to be testing a load of my old favourite games on the Dreamcast version in the next few weeks so I will let you know what I find.

Thanks, i am working on it, now i am tracing Hatari and DCaSTaway for finding the why.

Ok, i catch it, a stupid bug at random generation for noise sound.
This night, i will share this patch (dcastaway-rc4-fix1).
Thank you, spacedmonkeys.
